SAYAT Front Desk

How setup works

What your front desk does, and how we get it live

No black box. This is the exact call flow your AI front desk follows, what we need from you, and the checklist we run with you before it touches a real customer.

The call flow

  1. A call is missed or comes in after hours. Your number rings you first, like today. If nobody picks up, the front desk takes over. On the Text Back plan it texts; on Front Desk and Team it can also answer the call. "Hi, this is the assistant for [your business]. Sorry we missed you. What can we help with today?"
  2. It finds out what they need. It asks only the questions you approved: the job or reason for the call, name, address or area, and a good callback time.
  3. It checks for urgent. You set the urgent rules (for example: active leak, no heat, car broke down on the freeway). An urgent job triggers an instant text to you or your on call person.
  4. It answers simple questions. Hours, service area, whether you do a type of job, how to get an estimate. Only from the FAQ you gave us. If it does not know, it says a person will call back.
  5. It books or hands off. Depending on your setting it offers open slots from your calendar, or tells the caller when to expect a call back.
  6. You get a summary. Name, number, what they need, address, urgency, and the full transcript, by text and email. You call back the ones worth calling.
